  19. Introduction
  20. ------------
  21. «MiamiPhone» is the analyzer for the phone log generated by the TCP/IP
  22. stack program "Miami" (© Holger Kruse).  It enables to compute the time and
  23. the cost of your phone connections for the internet and more!!  You can use
  24. ticks or exact charge method, configure some discount, special days, name
  25. the time zones, apply a filter, display in numbers or bars or lines,
  26. display in Euro, print the results...
  27.  
  28. «MiamiPhone» is the result of a friend request who wanted a MUI (© Stefan
  29. Stuntz) based phone log analyzer for "Miami", which was not existing till
  30. now...  It should be useable in many countries because it has a flexible
  31. configuration.  At last, please note that «MiamiPhone» is freeware but
  32. copyrighted by me, but of course donations are welcome :-))

  34. Main features includes
  35. ----------------------
  36.  - easy price configuration using a simple text file
  37.  - connect time (seconds between phone connect and modem online)
  38.  - "ticks" or "exact" charge method
  39.  - credit time and cost (used in most countries)
  40.  - retrechment discount
  41.  - maximum charge discount
  42.  - special days
  43.  - optional V.A.T.
  44.  - euro currency
  45.  - optional error detection (online with no offline -> computer crash)
  46.  - a nice graphical display of all connections using bars or lines
  47.  - display many informations about your connections in a list
  48.    (number, date, start, end, duration, initial, invoice, zone, speed)
  49.  - a toolbar for mainly used functions
  50.  - a display filter on month, year and zone
  51.  - display filtered and total results of your connections time and cost
  52.    (number, duration, initial, retrench, v.a.t., invoice)
  53.  - print the filtered list and results on printer or into a ascii file
  54.  - localized in some languages (and includes a .cd file for thoses want to)
  55.  - includes some pre-configured price files for some countries
